(15) RONIN Chain and RON Value Analysis (Part 1)

 In this article, I mainly want to talk about the future and value of Ronin Chain, and why I think its token RON has a considerable room for price to the moon！

I believe that Axie Infinity players have complained a lot about the Gas fee of Ethereum. After all, no one is willing to pay hundreds, thousands or even tens of thousands of fees to complete a Deposit or Withdraw step! However, Gas fees are important to maintain Ethereum Run. A basic content of blockchain technology is the Computing Power based on GPU or CPU. The maintenance and consumption of computing power consume resources (electricity, hardware loss). Gas Fees are their power source, which is also the principle of mining by miners, that is called Proof-of-Work (PoW).

In order to solve the problem of excessive gas fees, Sky Mavis, the team of Axie Infinity, developed the Ethereum side chain RONIN. This is something that every player knows, and we have benefited from this and saved a lot of transaction costs. This is also an important factor that promotes the growth of Axie Infinity users. After all, regardless of the price threshold of the pet Axie, the gas fee used to block many people from entering!

We also all know the problem of Ethereum congestion, which is one of the important reasons for ETH price goes up. As the number of Ethereum-based Dapps continues to increase, the problem of insufficient expansion design has begun to be exposed. It is just like a train, the original design of Ethereum is like an ordinary Green Train driven by computing power. However, after more and more people understand it and the number of Dapps based on it has skyrocketed, it has become overwhelmed. It can only be restricted by increasing the fare, while the result is still overcrowded!

One reason I am optimistic about Ronin Chain is that it will help to solve the congestion problem of Ethereum!

The explosion originated from Axie Infinity and the constant influx of newcomers make Ethereum price go up and up.Then it is like bubble. 

However, with the launch and improvement of the Ronin-chain, we get an opportunity to help solve part of Ethereum congestion problem. 

Eth price is more than 4000 $ for now. Then if Ronin chain got 1/10 of Eth users and Dapps what will Ron price will be？I won't calculate for it，but I guess it may above 20 $ at first.

Secondly, RON is a Proof of Stake (POS) token. It won't take GPU or CPU consumption. It doesn't waste energy, I mean it is a clean energy token. It is more suitable for promotion and application for many other BlockChain projects, and it has Axie Infinity for endorsement.

Thirdly, the RONIN chain has the opportunity to be promoted and applied on Ethereum games and other Dapps. In the future, Cross-chain will be a normal action, and this is the future trend. In another word, It will attract many other blockchain games and Dapps.

Then Let's talk about the future. 

If the RONIN chain and its token RON really succeed in helping Ethereum divert as expected , then the success of the Ronin Chain will have an impact on Block chain industry as much as the success of Axie Infinity.

Then a large number of imitators will also claim to be their own Side Chain,  but many of them are just liars , and we need to be careful. 

Blockchain technology definitely has a threshold, not just copying the code, and crooks will definitely emphasize the content of the software, ignoring the hardware foundation. After all, their understanding of software is just copying code!

In fact, blockchain technology is also a system engineering, which has very high requirements for hardware, computing power composition, smart contracts, software programming, and integration testing. These things require huge investment and time accumulation. To succeed in Blockchain,  there is no short cut.

This week I tried again to get two good friends to invest and study the content of the blockchain, but I failed.So I think I won't try again for the moment. 

It makes me feel funny that people in Blockchain World and out of it have different views about blockchains. Inside ones believe Blockchain Revolution.We think it will change the world in the future! People outside will say : "It's over, they have been in a Ponzi Scheme! Let's stay away from them"...

However, I have seen that many Countries and many big Companies have actually made preparations for the amount of blockchain in Shanghai. They are also organizing researches on Block Chains and Blockchain projects. I agree with their actions! 

However, I don't have any need to explain to other people anymore. Time is limited, so it should be spent on more exciting things.

At the end of this article, I still want to say that RONIN chain may also have many problems which we haven't found yet. Therefore, it is speculated that investing in RON is still high risky. I hope you will evaluate your own risk control capabilities and then take actions on Ronin Chain and its token RON.
